Join us for our yearly summer challenge, which is focused on bringing self-care to the whole family. Working with your kids to promote self-care and show them how good it is for them and their parents. You could call it a bucket list of self-care ideas you can choose from throughout the Summer holidays.

Each day on ‘The Day of Calm’ Facebook and Instagram pages, I will share ideas for the day’s task. You can run through the list with me or work through the challenge with what works for you. My only request is that you share on my pages how you are getting on, what you love, and even what you don’t like.

The best bit is there are printouts you can add to your fridge and tick off as you complete them. I also have a separate colouring-in sheet of the challenge for the younger members of your family to colour in, although having said, this colouring is calming, so everyone in the family may want their own sheet.
