A Day of Calm – the subscription box to help you become the best version of yourself.

Your monthly / bi-monthly ‘A Day of Calm’ subscription box is a treat for you to enjoy and to encourage you to put yourself first and to spend some time on your own wellbeing. Life can be incredibly busy, so fast-paced all the time and I know from experience that our own self-care is always the last on the list when it should be first. The theme for each month will be a surprise as we feel this will add to the excitement when receiving your box. We will reveal the theme within our private Facebook group on the 1st of each month but we won’t speak about the contents until all boxes have been posted and received.

There is no better way to encourage monthly you time than receiving a parcel delivered straight to you each month.  I would love for you to devote at least even one evening during that month to you or maybe 10 minutes a night depending on what the box contains.

The purpose of each month is to include a treat just for you, one which includes learning practices so that you can develop your own self-care and wellbeing ritual. Each box will include between 4 to 6 items depending upon the theme.

Some months you may receive an activity or a book to help develop your knowledge, whereas other months you will receive a collection of key items which you can enjoy. They are items which will help you incorporate self-care into your daily life, with the aim to encourage a daily routine for you to ensure you start to put yourself first.

We understand the biggest issue we all face is time and so we have taken this into account whilst creating our specially curated boxes.

The products you will find in our boxes are all from UK business with the majority of products being made here too. Our ethos is to support UK business with our aim to support small businesses to encourage the UK small business economy to grow and thrive.

You will receive your box between the 3rd and 7th of the month. The price quoted includes second class delivery on all boxes and the box is small enough to fit through your letterbox so you don’t need to worry about missing the post.
